Dual Lead Box 是一款伺服电机专用精密蜗轮蜗杆减速机，能够减少并校正随时间推移而产生的背隙（回程误差）增加。
• 采用高强度圆锥滚子轴承
输入端和输出端均配备圆锥滚子轴承，即使在内部温度升高时也能保持持续的精度，从而确保轴承具有极长的使用寿命。
• 输出轴采用圆锥滚子轴承，可承受较大的垂直方向容许载荷
• 提供多种背隙等级供选择
Premium（高级）：背隙 < 1分 / S-Medium（中高级）：背隙 < 3分 / Medium（中级）：背隙 < 5分 / S-Basic（中低级）：背隙 < 7分 / Basic（基础级）：背隙 < 10分
• 采用胀紧套（Shrink Disc）连接：具备防滑功能，实现精确扭矩传递，相比键连接方式，角度定位更精准
• 铝合金壳体：采用热处理铝合金铸造，兼具高强度与轻量化特性
• 盘式联轴器：电机安装简便，可轻松适配多种电机，并能迅速吸收冲击
• 蜗轮蜗杆的最佳啮合效果与特殊合金材质
采用先进的装配技术与齿轮加工工艺，实现超过 80% 的齿面接触率，从而降低接触应力

• 采用高性能合成润滑油（Mobil Glygoyle 30），无需更换润滑油；两侧设有排气孔，便于气体排出
Dual Lead Box is a servo motor precision worm reducer which can reduce and correct the increase of back lash with the passage of time.

The two input and output taper roller bearings guarantee maximum bearing life by securing continuous precision even when the internal temperature increases.
