非旋转扭矩传感器（反应式或静态扭矩传感器）通常用于各种应用中的反作用力测量。它们无磨损，并且与LORENZ所有的扭矩传感器一样，其设计确保技术数据中所示的极限剪切力和极限推力载荷仅对传感器元件产生最小应变，从而不会影响测量结果。默认情况下，LORENZ的传感器提供模拟的、未经放大的应变计桥输出信号，单位为mV/V。此外，LORENZ的反应式扭矩传感器还可以选配-30°C至120°C的扩展温度范围。此类传感器的典型应用包括挤出机反作用力扭矩测量、试验台应用、螺丝刀测试、轴承摩擦扭矩测定等。
Non-rotating torque sensors (reactive or static torque sensors) are commonly used for measuring reaction forces in a variety of applications. They are wear-free and, like all LORENZ torque sensors, are designed to ensure that the ultimate shear and thrust loads shown in the technical data exert minimal strain on the sensor element, thus not affecting the measurement results. By default, LORENZ sensors provide an analog, unamplified strain gauge bridge output signal in mV/V. Furthermore, LORENZ reactive torque sensors can be optionally configured with an extended temperature range of -30°C to 120°C. Typical applications for these sensors include measuring reaction torque in extruders, benchtop applications, screwdriver testing, and determining bearing friction torque.
